Drop bags must be left at the obvious spot adjacent to the aid station prior to the start of the race. Please note that we allow you to use any drop bag that you see fit, but require you have your last name and bib number in large, discernible letters. Crew is ONLY allowed at the Village aid station - any other support will result in a disqualification for the runner. Please also remember that if you start with poles, you must keep them with you for the entirety of the race, and you cannot pick them up at the Village Aid Station at the half-way mark.
